In order for you to be successful with your exercise regimen, a fridge, freezer and pantry makeover is in order to help you build a healthy, strong and fit body.
In this session we will go over your individual lifestyle, health history, workout history, diet, eating habits, personal wellness goals and nutrition basics before helping you clean out your fridge, freezer and pantry.
Before the end of the session you will be armed with a new Grocery shopping list and an understanding of which foods to incorporate in your daily diet, which ones to avoid to maximize your workouts, and to help you achieve not only optimum health but a stronger, leaner, fitter and more confident you.
