With my 12-week Body Transformation Program and by incorporating a variety of exercise modalities, ranging from strength training, cardiovascular, plyometric, circuit training and stretching you will:

- build muscle and endurance
- gain more energy and confidence
- sleep better
- lose body fat
In order for you to be successful with my 12-week Body Transformation Program, it is important for you to also incorporate and follow a healthy balanced meal plan, to hydrate plenty, to get enough rest in between exercise days and to stretch before and after your workouts.
If my Body Transformation Program is for you, this is what to expect:
A 1-hour phone health evaluation to go over your unique health history, exercise history, lifestyle, personal wellness goals, fitness level and diet.
This session is vital in order to design a custom, safe yet fun Body Transformation Program.
Your Training Sessions may vary in length and may either be a 30 min, 45 min, or 1-hour In-home or Skype Training sessions.
My Body Transformation Program comes with a must-have Fridge, Freezer and Pantry List, Meal Plans, and Grocery Shopping lists customized to your individual needs, goals, and fitness level.
Transformation Results may vary from person to person.
